Terms and Conditions for Fridge Giveaway Prize Draw

Eligibility:
The promotion is open to all customers who have a heat pump installation completed and invoiced, or quote confirmed by DC Installation Services (2023) Limited between 27th March 2025 and 30th April 2025.
The heat pump installation must be invoiced or confirmed during this period to qualify for entry into the prize draw.

Entry into the Prize Draw:
For every $1000 spent on the heat pump installation, customers will receive one entry into the prize draw.
The total value of the heat pump installation (including any applicable taxes) will be used to calculate the number of entries. For example, a $2200 spend equals two entries, a $3500 spend equals three entries, etc.
Entry into the prize draw will be automatically made for all customers by DC Installation Services (2023) Limited.

Prize:
The prize consists of one Mitsubishi Electric CX328 Fridge.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

Prize Draw:
The prize draw will take place on 2nd May 2025 at DC Installation Services (2023) Limited office.
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the prize draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

Prize Collection:
The winner must be available to collect the prize or arrange for delivery within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery costs, if applicable, will not be covered by DC Installation Services (2023) Limited.

Publicity:
By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity, including the use of their name and image in marketing materials without further compensation.

General Conditions:
DC Installation Services (2023) Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
DC Installation Services (2023) Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if necessary.
This promotion is not open to employees of DC Installation Services (2023) Limited or their immediate families.
